Aussie Plan is a weekly hyperlocal newsletter. v1 covers Sydney's Inner West — Marrickville, Newtown, Enmore, Dulwich Hill, Stanmore, Petersham — and the plan is to add regions one at a time, in the same voice, when the data is good and the audience is real.

Friday morning, 6am Sydney. One human writing it. The data — events, openings, council notes, Reddit threads — is pulled by a pipeline I built. The picks, the intro, the wording, the calls — those are mine.

Why? There are too many "things to do this weekend" newsletters that read like the same press release rotated through three different chatbots. I want one that sounds like a friend who already lives here.
